Travel expenses

(including transportation and, if necessary, overnight accommodation) to be discussed and agreed upon.

First meeting:

This meeting is free of charge and without obligation, allowing us to get to know each other better and helping you decide if we are the right celebrants to perform your wedding ceremony.

Detailed interview with the couple:

We hold an initial interview with the couple, followed by individual interviews with the bride and the groom. This process provides an opportunity for you to express your love and connection in your mother tongue, while also allowing us to incorporate your thoughts and words into the ceremony script. Please plan for approximately 1,5 hours for the couple interview and 30 to 45 minutes for the individual interviews. Depending on your location, we can conduct the interview in person or via Zoom.

Questionnaires for family members and friends:

If you’d like, we can send questionnaires to your parents and two close friends. This provides us with additional perspectives and allows us to incorporate some of their responses into the ceremony speech.

Update call/meeting before the wedding:

A few days before the wedding, we will recap everything together in a video call.

Sound check and communication with musicians and location:

For organizational reasons, we will contact the venue and photographers before the ceremony to finalize the final details. If you have arranged for music during the ceremony, we will also reach out to the musicians to discuss everything.

Digital version of the wedding speech:

You will receive a digital copy of your speech.

Communication with the bridal couple - constant availability:

You can write to us, call us, and ask any questions at any time.

Communication with ceremony participants

If your witnesses, parents, or relatives would like to speak during the ceremony, we will reach out to them to discuss the details.

Speech writing - 2 languages

The speech will be written in two languages.

Explanation and performance of rituals:

Whether it’s the lazo ritual, sand ritual, wine ritual, knot ritual, or other traditional rituals requiring special preparation, we will handle all the necessary research and planning.

Printed version of the ceremony speech

You will receive one printed copy of your speech.

Speech writing - 3 languages:

Sometimes, a speech in three languages is better suited to the composition of your guests. For the third language, we recommend providing summaries

Assistance with writing your wedding vows:

Sometimes, it can be difficult to put your feelings into words and express them in a short speech. We’re here to help you do just that.

Interviews with parents and friends:

To gain a more detailed understanding of your life and history, we can personally interview your parents, friends, relatives, or witnesses. This also involves them in the preparations and provides a meaningful experience, especially for parents who live far away.

Translations of wedding vows and participants' speeches

We will translate the texts for you.

Event management - various spontaneous tasks:

In the excitement of the moment, it's easy to forget certain details—whether it's collecting the wedding rings, calling the bridesmaid because the bride is running late, informing guests about a delayed start, or setting up the arch. Perhaps the microphones need to be checked, or ceremony participants would like us to review their speech one last time. We're here to handle the unexpected and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Marriage certificate:

If you wish, we can also include a marriage certificate in each of the three packages we offer.
